in4, Ltd. to Launch Public Beta Release of iGlue, the Company's Internet Search and Content Organizer Based on Semantic Web Technology, on January 31, 2009

BUDAPEST, HUNGARY -- (Marketwire) -- 01/06/09 -- Power of the Dream Ventures, Inc. (OTCBB: PWRV), Hungary's premier technology acquisition and development company, today announced that in4, Ltd., a Hungarian software company in which PDV owns substantial equity, is preparing to launch a Public Beta of iGlue, in4's internet search and content organizer application on January 31st, 2009.

iGlue is an integrated online content manager and search engine that goes beyond today's widespread, language-dependant search mechanisms based on identifying character strings. iGlue identifies and manages entities, not keywords. Whether he is called Alejandro Magno, Büyük Ýskender or Lissandru lu Granni, these names all refer to the same person, Alexander the Great, and most likely we would like to find information about the person himself. This is the principle iGlue uses to manage entities appearing in web content, and it will find relevant information even if the given element appears in a form that is different from what we used in launching the search.

The Public Beta of iGlue will include:

-- added support for Internet Explorer 6.0 or better. iGlue already
    supports Firefox, Chrome and Safari.
-- enhanced user interface and community website
-- revised and greatly updated, interactive timeline function
-- enhanced map, image and video handling
-- user buildable database based on semantic technology
-- over twenty million entries in the initial database

"Upon the initial launch of the iGlue demo last year we received a multitude of inquires on when the product would be available in Beta. The time is now near. We again ask the user community to give us feedback, in terms of features and usability, to help us make iGlue as user friendly as possible," commented Viktor Rozsnyay, CEO of Power of the Dream Ventures.

The current iGlue demonstrator and its accompanying Blog can be accessed at http://www.iglueit.com

Power of the Dream Ventures acquired equity in in4, Ltd. in 2007 and has been financing development of the product. PDV currently owns 40% of in4, Ltd.
